All of us want to be happy. Whether our dreams are about professional success, spiritual fulfillment, a sense of connection, financial success, or love, we want these things because ultimately we believe that they will make us happier. But very few of us actually know how to go about improving our happiness. During the past 15 years psychological science has made many advances not only in how to treat depression in people – lift them from feeling terrible to feeling OK – but also in how to help them feel satisfied and positive about their lives. This workshop will present to you the scientific discoveries of how to become happier and will teach you techniques to reach and sustain an elevated level of happiness.
