These one day workshops introduce participants to breathing techniques, yoga asanas (poses), and meditation. Such methods have been proven effective in dealing with stress, anxiety, anger, and depression. Participants will learn how to use their breath and their body to reduce physiological arousal. We will offer an eclectic overview of various skills allowing participants to sample yoga and meditation in a relaxed and interactive forum. Practice will give rise to feelings of calmness and well-being and will deepen self-awareness.
Depending on the size of your group, the workshops can be delivered at your site, or an appropriate location can be arranged. Cost of this workshop will vary accordingly.
This is a 6 hour workshop. There will be 2 fifteen minute breaks during the day and a one hour intermission for lunch.
